Hatch or Valve?

We were having a super fun and interesting COGSA tutorial today with my lovely classmates.

NOBODY did his tutorial HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
And lecturer was trying to pass the name list around, get people to sign so that she knows who's in the class and she can call out for the victim's name to answer the question.

After much sabotaging, she decided to split us into 5 groups for discussion.
Enning Kaihui and Erlend was with me, hehehehehe.

The thing with law questions is, you'll be told to discuss the matter.
Meaning, no definite answer.

And the way to score, is to discuss everything and all possible scenarios by making assumptions.

T-H-I-S I-S C-A-L-L-E-D F-I-E-R-C-E.

And after we got our conclusions on 3 major points, our neighbouring group has EVERYTHING opposite of us. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA it was damn cool.

Then everyone started 'discussing' and debating...
Wah I tell you, the most memorable one hour I had in plymouth :)

Oh and and, during our own group discussion, I kept hearing our spokesman (erlend) mentioning "Hatch".. something like the hatch is not closed because of the negligence of the crew causing cargo damaged bla bla bla...

But the thing is, I never saw the word 'hatch'.
I swear the subject was Valve!!!

But I didn't care much though I read a few times more looking for the word hatch HAHA.

Just now I asked unnie about the hatch thing, she said got hatch!!!

So a moment ago, I look up and down, dunno read how many times, still cannot find the word hatch...

Nudged the girl next door...
She looked at the paper again..
And she told me don't have hatch -.-

IT IS JUST VALVE EVERSINCE THE CASE IS BORN.
NO HATCH FOR GOODNESS SAKE.
MAKE ME FIND EVERYWHERE FOR THE WORD!!!
:/

Love law guys :D
