Singapore is an island off China coast.

I finally met a guy who proved to me his ignorance standard is super high.
Please allow me to elaborate..

(Actually I want orh orh liao lor, it's like gonna be 1am soon, but I cannot swallow this gas down- 咽不下这口气)


Today is a happy day.
But let's blog about the unhappy things first, I'll blog the happy things with photos tomorrow :)


Went to the third club for today.
Sat at one corner with serene while the rest played pool behind us.
Then this 英国人 decided to talk to us.
So I also talk to him lor although he was not handsome.
(Haiz, actually I was bio-ing yan dao in the club la..)
See? I am nice.

Their pick up line here is: How are you/ Are you alright?

Fine.


He asked for my name, and serene's.
BUT HE FREAKING DIDN'T BELIEVE THAT IT WAS OUR REAL NAME!
He thought we have 'alicia' and 'serene' cos we come here to study.
He even ask for my passport to see.

Haiz. I actually very nice de show him my passport.
AND HE STILL DIDN'T BELIEVE.
I was so nice to tell him that I'm from singapore when I introduced myself.
Haiz. Then nevermind.

He just could not accept the fact that Singaporeans have angmoh name.
He said: I thought you guys should have some 'cultural' names, instead of these. They are too westernised?!

I was like, wtf?! He must be thinking S'pore is somewhere in China or what.

Then nevermind, I asked: Do you even know where is singapore?

He tell me he know lehh!!!
Okay lor, fair enough. Singapore should be 众所周知 de leh.
Just when I thot I wanna let him off, he still 'wu ji' ask me for world map so that he can show me where singapore is. Like hello? You confirm will try to find until you found it de leh.

Then I told him: No I don't have a map, you probably can't find singapore in the map too.

英国人: Tried to use his hand to show me where china is. And he finally took the wrong step and tell me that Singapore is somewhere off the coast of China.

WOOHOOOOOO!!!

I hoped I'd learn something from him, but I practically used my time in the club teaching him about singapore. Serene tan still can watch tv -.-


I really admire my courage and patience.
*Clap clap* for me tyvm.

I really dulan at one point that I shoot him in the face: Singapore is more developed than Plymouth (FULL STOP)

Very shocking meh? Siao eh.

It's actually true la. Don't talk about technologies all these. But singapore de infrastructure and all, is like so much better than plymouth. As least when I walk in sgp with heels, I don't risk myself tripping cos of the uneven roads. (Trying to blame the roads here haha) But ok, I love plymouth for what it is. Just hate the fact that people look down on singapore! >.<

Having fun growing fat :D

Braved thru' 3 deg weather with stockings and a long sleeve shirt and shorts and tank top. I think I'd go nude in Singapore LOL.
