early morning meeting with supplier.. regarding dgps.. which is one of the reference systems used for dynamic positioning.. learnt smth new today.. that every eleven year.. the sun will shoot out some flares and will emit some electro magnetic waves that will affect the satellites transmissions if the waves interfere the path of the transmission.. so when it occurs.. the vsl running on dp will 惊慌失措 and can't keep her position.
